A Hybrid Approach
Utilizing a mix of listed wireless and landline records, in most cases we are able to obtain 300 completed surveys for small geography studies. This hybrid approach allows us to get the best demographic representation of any trade area. Obviously, at the macro level, using online panels is the preferred method.
With more than 1,000 studies completed within the retail industry, our bank of questionnaires and specific questions covers many aspects of the retail industry and our experience allows us to know what provides customers with the most actionable data possible. In addition, we understand the importance of demographic sampling regarding general population studies and in defining a trade area.
While our current focus is consumer research, we also have more than 25 years combined experience conducting site location research, giving us an extremely well rounded knowledge of the retail industry.
